Ignite Funding President is AAPL's 2022 Member of the Year
On October 20th, 2022, the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) recognized the President of Ignite Funding, Carrie Cook, at the Annual Excellence Awards as "Member of the Year". For those that are not familiar with AAPL, the purpose of the organization is to safeguard the private lending industry with education, ethics, and advocacy.
The Annual Excellence Award "Member of the Year" is awarded to members that exhibit those values by demonstrating a deep expertise and a strong commitment to clients and the industry.
AAPL's 2022 Member of the Year
For the past 15 years as President, Ms. Cook has not only led Ignite Funding to be one of the most reliable private lenders in the Western U.S., but also an investment sponsor that individual investors depend on.
"Carrie has never waivered in her position that we should handle everything in-house from A to Z. I believe this is why we have never missed a funding deadline," states Pat Vassar, Ignite Funding's Director of Underwriting. "And, because of this, we are able to provide our borrowers with a stability they do not see with traditional financial institutions."
"Not only that," interjects Misty Bethany, Ignite Funding's Chief Compliance Officer. "It is also why our clients [investors] know they are working with an organization that stands behind every single investment presented to them."
